We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we offer an easy return and refund process.
Return Policy:
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is damaged or defective
You received the wrong or incorrect product
The item is unused and in its original packaging
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, and must not be used.
If you notice that the product is unacceptable at the time of delivery, you should immediately inform the delivery person and refuse to accept the item.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged/defective), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days through your original payment method or preferred option.
